• maintaining and storing the archive of inventory cases, privatization cases, registration files created before 12/31/2012, for real estate objects located in the territory of Kharkov;
• storage of the archive of registration books, alphabetical file cabinets, as of December 31, 2012, on owners of houses located in the territory of Kharkov;
• providing information from archival materials stored at the enterprise, including on a contractual basis;
• providing copies of technical inventory materials at the request of business entities that carry out a technical inventory of real estate, including on a contractual basis;
• intermediary activities, including the sale or purchase, leasing of real estate, the provision of assistance services in the field of technical inventory of real estate.
